    1. What should I do if I can't find the information I'm interested in in the product description?

    If you do not find the information you are interested in in the product description, write us an e-mail. email to info@batuprieziura.lt and we will answer you within 1 working day.

    2. Where to contact if you think you have received a product of poor quality?

    Email us email info@batuprieziura.lt and we will answer you within 3 working days.

    3. Will the ordered goods have the correct expiration date?

    If the product's expiration date is short, the product description will indicate how long the specific product is valid until. On the packaging of each product, you will also find the PAO (open container symbol), which will indicate the time within which the product must be used. If the product comes with a damaged (opened, slightly torn, etc.) packaging - all damages will be shown in the photos and a warning about the packaging defect will be given in the product description. If none of the above-mentioned warnings are attached to the product description, the product is in excellent condition and will not have any defects.

    4. How long does it take to deliver the goods?

    The order is delivered within 1-3 working days after receiving the payment for the goods. Or it is sent on the same working day after selecting the payment method "payment upon delivery by courier".

    5. How much does delivery cost?

    Delivery is FREE throughout Lithuania, if the amount of ordered goods is at least 25 EUR (including VAT). If the order is less than 25 EUR (including VAT), a delivery fee of 2 EUR is applied. The specified delivery conditions are valid within the borders of the Republic of Lithuania, when shipping abroad, the prices and shipping method are agreed individually.
