Returning the goods

The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Government's resolution "Regarding the amendment of Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of June 11, 2001 "On the Approval of Retail Trade Rules".

When a defective product is returned, we undertake to replace it with a similar product, in the event that we do not have a similar product, we return the money paid for the product after informing the customer service department by e-mail. by letter to info@batuprieziura.lt within 3 working days of receiving it.

The product is exchanged only if the packaging was not damaged and the product was not used.

Goods must be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered. The delivery package must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packed. If the product is not properly packed, we do not accept returns.

The buyer returns the goods at his own expense.

Returning goods to the store is free of charge.
